Thomas Walker is a seasoned and versatile operating and financial executive with extensive multi-industry experience. In his more than 30 years in business, he has held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Marketing and Chief Financial Officerships.
Before becoming a member of the Turnaround Management Association Mr. Walker handled debt refinancing for a variety of industrial, commercial and financial businesses, and served as consultant and financial advisor to a variety of manufacturing, construction, printing and distribution companies, including underperforming businesses.
Most recently, Mr. Walker served as senior Interim Manager and consultant/financial advisor to a variety of now-recovered clients in iron, steel and aluminum foundries, point-of-purchase display (large-format graphics), printed wire boards, food processing and construction industries.
He also advised a large food processor in Chapter 11 preceedings, and served as financial advisor to several Midwestern banks in the liquidation and/or sale of many firms including a silk screen printer of promotional items, an aluminum foundry, a steel service center, a food processor, a stainless steel fabricator and several construction industry entities. He was also engaged by an investment fund to review and verify the plan of a "target" company.
Previously, Mr. Walker held positions as Division Manager- Flexible Packaging for American Tara Corporation, Senior Vice President-Operations and Administration for Forms Corporation of America, and Manager of Strategic Planning and Operating Reporting for the Critical Care Division of American Hospital Supply.
